College Athlete Exposure

Damian Raibon
Founder & CEO
Played four varsity basketball seasons at St. Margaret’s High School in San Juan Capistrano, earning a full ride to Division 1 college basketball. As a senior in 1995, named Academy League MVP and first-team All-Orange County. Also excelled in track and field as a long jumper and earned all-league honors in volleyball. My small-school experience taught me the importance of exposure and being noticed. Today, I’m proud to see my daughters, Kaylin and Taryn, earning full scholarships to Division 1 schools, reinforcing the value of hard work, exposure, and seizing opportunities.
